Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Treat a diverse patient population including orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and developmentally delayed pediatric cases
• Participate in a comprehensive rehab department offering physical therapy, speech therapy, hydrotherapy, pelvic health therapy, dry needling, pain management, and the LSVT Big and Loud Program
• Support inpatient hospital and nursing home care as well as outpatient clinic services
• Conduct local school and home care visits as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Montana
• Ability to work across inpatient and outpatient care settings
• Competency in treating orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pediatric populations, including developmentally delayed patients
• Familiarity with pelvic health therapy or dry needling techniques
• Experience in rural or critical access hospital environments
• Exposure to LSVT Big and Loud programming or similar neurological rehabilitation protocols
