Inside Sales Manager , you'll connect with prospective customers, identify their security needs, present customized ADT home security and smart-home solutions, and close sales.
You'll receive
comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing development designed to help you succeed.

uncapped commission, performance incentives, and clear opportunities for advancement. What You'll Do - Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with qualified leads
- Present and sell ADT home security and smart-home solutions
- Work with residential and small-business customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate security solutions
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through consultative selling
- Handle objections confidently and work toward closing the sale
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to continuously improve performance
What We're Looking For - 1+ year of sales experience preferred
- Inside sales or call center experience is a plus
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
- Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Home security or smart-home experience is a plus, but not required - we'll train you
