Key responsibilities Prepare and file duty drawback entries with CBP, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with regulations Collect, reconcile, and maintain datasets to support drawback claims, identifying and resolving data discrepancies Support audit readiness by maintaining organized filing records and documentation Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data administration Basic knowledge of Excel, including navigation and mathematical functions Fluency in English, both written and spoken Ability to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required Experience in accurate data entry and analysis
