We’re looking for someone who knows how to create a smooth, professional buying experience while maximizing opportunities for both the customer and the dealership. This is a great opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who understands deal structure, lender relationships, compliance, and F&I products — and knows that long-term success comes from doing business the right way. What You’ll Be Doing: * Guide customers through the financing and final paperwork process with confidence and transparency * Present financing options, vehicle protection products, warranties, and other F&I products * Structure deals and secure competitive financing through our lender partners * Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions * Review contracts and documentation for accuracy and completeness * Ensure all deals meet dealership, lender, state, and federal compliance requirements * Work closely with the Sales team to keep deals moving efficiently from showroom to delivery * Monitor F&I performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer experience * Maintain accurate records and ensure timely funding of contracts * Deliver a professional, efficient, and positive experience for every customer * Assist with other responsibilities as needed to support dealership operations What We’re Looking For: * Previous automotive F&I / Finance Manager experience preferred * Strong understanding of automotive financing, lending, and deal structure * Knowledge of F&I products, warranties, and protection programs * Proven sales, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals at once * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment * Working knowledge of automotive compliance requirements and best practices * High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability * Team-oriented mindset with a focus on both performance and customer experience * Must successfully complete pre-employment screening requirements What We Offer: * Competitive, performance-driven compensation * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off * 401(k) * Career growth and advancement opportunities * Established lender relationships and dealership support * A growing automotive organization with opportunities across multiple locations * A team that values performance, people, and doing business the right way Why Capital?
